Zetareh and wizHauz LLC

Zetareh is the name of the platform. wizHauz LLC is the company that operates it. They are the same undertaking under two names: the company builds and runs the platform, and is the party you contract with when you use it or pay for anything on it.

A note on the two countries

The company is registered in Colorado and worked from Budapest. Both are stated above rather than one standing in for the other: a registry holds the first and a payment processor asks for the second, and answering either question with the other address is how a simple verification turns into three rounds of questions.
